European Pillar of Social Rights (EPSR) sets standards for decent working and living through its 20 principles in the areas of:
- Equal opportunities and access to the labour market;
- Fair working conditions; and
- Social protection and inclusion,
all aimed at strengthening social dimension of Europe that is fair, inclusive and full of opportunities for labour markets and societies of the 21st century.
Employment and Social Affairs Platform 2 (ESAP 2) project captures progress of the Western Balkan economies in implementation of the EPSR for a third year in the row. To this end, ESAP has prepared two sets of reports (regional overview and individual economies’ ones) presenting the key findings for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022.
The 2023 awareness-raising campaign Equal opportunities for all through six video stories features Western Balkans citizens who very often don’t get equal opportunities in employment or are not adequately included in society because of their limited abilities/disabilities.
